You can request permanent deletion of your Krypteia account and the personal data associated with it. This is not an account deactivation. If the request is verified and processed, the account and associated user data are deleted.
Some limited information may be retained only when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
How to request deletion

- If an account is associated with that email address, we will ask you to verify the request before it is processed.
